Climate archives mediatheque

The “Klimaarchiv” mediatheque, which is open to the public, provides surroundings where visitors can plan their visit to the exhibition, reflect on the experience afterwards, and research further into climate matters.

15 PC workstations invite you to explore and deepen your understanding of the four exhibition areas The Journey, The Elements, Perspectives, Opportunities. Easy-to-understand background information about climatic developments can be researched from selected climate data sources and internet sites of scientific institutions and other bodies involved in climate affairs.
Books, journals, films, audio books, CD-ROMs and educational material covering the subjects of weather and climate, climate change, climate research, climate protection, and the stations covering the countries visited in the various climate zones of our ”Journey” section of the exhibition are available for browsing.
