The shop is freely accessible from the plaza between the Klimahaus® and Mediterraneo, and also serves as an information centre for visitors and browsers. The shop is subject to the opening times of the exhibition.

Many of the creatures found in the exhibition can be purchased as cuddly toys. When sourcing, we ensure that the production of the items is as environmentally and climatically friendly as possible. Media from the shop and from the “Klimaarchiv” mediatheque, which is open to the public, can be perused in a cosy readers’ corner.

The theme of the products revolves around the subject matter of the exhibition. Weatherproof clothing is naturally also on offer. After all, it’s not only for a real trip around the world and for climate exploration that you need the right outfit. So the sports and travel house brand “8° Ost“ with its beach towels, canvas caps and bags is the perfect companion.

In addition, textiles from the brand “Globetrotter”, the outdoor specialists, can be purchased or ordered from the catalogue in the shop or from the staff. Specially for children the shop has a range of items with “Max Klimamaus”: breakfast place mats, T-shirts and bracelets with the adventurous mouse.
