Learning is fun – at the Klimahaus® Bremerhaven 8° Ost!

The Klimahaus® is not only a unique world of knowledge and adventure, it is also a scientifically sound out-of-school place of learning.

We provide both pupils and teachers, children and young people, numerous fascinating experiences and discoveries on the subjects of climate, climate change and climate protection.

During a journey of discovery through the exhibition, you experience different climate zones at close quarters and learn about the implications of the different climates for the local peoples. You can experiment with weather phenomena, explore the background causes of climate change and find out what each individual can contribute towards protecting the climate.

This is reflected in the priority aims of our educational work:
